In past, I didn't think Taipei 101 is an important building for Taiwanese. Yet, since I have been to aboard, I found it becomes very important. Because that is something interesting to describe for friends who are from others countries. ( I am not sure shall I call them as foreigners, however I am a foreigner in the UK. haha ) Otherwise, it's a good topic to explain in IELTS exam, especial in speaking part 2.
In my opinion, Taipei 101 is not only a building, but also it becomes an impress of Taiwan. Although it isn't the highest building in the world anymore, in my heart it would still be. I admit I am a little bit crazy in this point, the reason is I love Taiwan so much, so please forgive me!
